The Diamond Awards are a new form of recognition created by the MRC de Portneuf to highlight outstanding economic initiatives in the region. Maurice-Pollack Award 2024 – Excellence in Ethnocultural Diversity Management.

Recognition and Pride – At Vallée, we’re proud to have been recognized with the prestigious Maurice Pollack Award, presented by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) in collaboration with the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ).

This award celebrates our commitment to excellence in managing ethnocultural diversity in the category of SMEs with fewer than 250 employees. The award was presented by Minister Jean-François Roberge, along with a trophy entitled Cochlée, created by artist Eddy Firmin.

This trophy, imbued with symbolism, represents balance and listening. Inspired by the bone of the inner ear, it illustrates the transformation of sounds into internal perceptions, evoking the importance of intercultural dialogue in building bridges between communities. Nov. 2024 – Montreal
