Here are the details of the award announcement received on February 20, 2025, at La Nef in Quebec City by Mr. Christophe Berthet, President and CEO of Immigrant Québec:

“Recognition award given to an organization wholeheartedly involved in welcoming and integrating its foreign workers. Recognizing the value these workers bring to the organization and the challenges associated with international relocation, the company demonstrates its desire for workers to feel comfortable upon arrival by supporting them through the various stages of their mobility project.

Located in St-Alban, the manufacturing company Vallée stands out for its numerous initiatives aimed at facilitating the welcome and integration of its foreign workers and their families. Founded in 1956, Vallée has created a strong employer brand aligned with its values. The company offers personalized support to its foreign workers throughout the entire migration process. By creating a spirit of collaboration with the municipality, educational institutions, and several local organizations, the company contributes to the successful integration and retention of workers within the company and the region.”
